I'M LUCY BURKE
I came to nutrition through my own experience of chronic illness
For 20 years, London was home. A textbook people-pleaser and low-key workaholic, I functioned largely on coffee, Diet Coke and adrenalin. That pace of life became my norm. Then, in 2022, everything changed with a diagnosis of stage 3 breast cancer.
I underwent conventional treatment and, alongside it, worked with a nutritionist and a functional medicine approach to support my body through the process. This led me me to make significant changes to my eating and lifestyle habits. Within a year, I was declared free from cancer.

I became passionate about how much what we eat and how we live shapes our health. This led me to complete a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and Coaching at The New School of Nutritional Medicine in London.
Today, from my base in Margate, as a registered Nutritional Therapist (FNTP) I work with men and women to make empowering, meaningful changes to their health, minus the overwhelm.
MY APPROACH
Tailored nutrition
My approach is professional but always person-centred and pragmatic; looking after your health requires realistic strategies that fit your life otherwise they won’t stick. Likewise, there’s no one-size-fits-all roadmap or cookie cutter protocols.
Because no two people are the same, your nutrition plan shouldn’t be either. Expect a personalised, workable plan that considers your health history, lived experience, day-to-day life along with my knowledge of nutritional science. I’ll take the time to understand your story, meeting you where you are without judgement.
